Well the Fall Staples Shopping Guide went over really well for the gals, so I suppose it’s only fair we curate one for men as well. Every so often it’s time to stock up on those everyday uniform kinds of pieces. Comfort, functionality, and layering is what it’s all about, and these 5 spots provide just that. Here’s a curated list of e-brands you won’t want to miss this fall:
If you’re shoe guy and you don’t know about this place, shame on your house. Concepts does sneakers and they do it well. From flashy eye catching to uber functional and pairable, they curate capsule collections you won’t see in many other places.
Wings + Horns is a Vancouver based label inspired by trips to Tokyo, and you can tell. They feature a classic selection of minimal staples perfect for the winter landscape. With a variety of masculine silhouettes, I’d say regardless of your personal style affiliation they have something for you.
Don’t be put off by their uber cool androgynous models, these guys make pieces you can pull off. This store is literally defined by staples: Jackets, T’s, hoodies, sweaters, and the best button up’s I’ve seen on the market.
These guys are true gents and dear friends to the Looklist family. Black Tuesday is a boutique line of elongated forms made with comfort and utility in mind. Don’t get it twisted, these aren’t tall t’s, they’re fitted, andro-goth magic, and it’s all in the details.
I Love Ugly has a bit of an obsession with design, which is probably what makes their clothes so gosh darn wearable. They even worked with typographer Jheryll Richardson to design their own typeface, you can download it here if that’s your bag.
Until next time dudes.
